Dude, the 7-Eleven at Venice and Sepulveda has turned into a Kwik-E-Mart! I just noticed it as I drove by. I haven't had a chance to check it out yet, but says a guy at work: "I stopped there this morning. it was packed. It was like a Simpsons convention."

They were out of KrustyOs, though, which was the thing I wanted to pick up most. They should have more by now, as they were getting in a shipment at 4pm.

Oh, and in my last-night post, I linked to someone else's Flickr set who took even more pics than I did of the Burbank one, if you want to see all the little Simpsons jokes on the signs inside. I don't think the one here had the Grandpa in the Ice box, but I might have missed it.

They're supposed to stay this way for the whole month, so I'm going to give it a few days to cool down before I check it out. You know how skittish I get around crowds.

Plus I just can't bring myself to stand in line to get into a 7-Eleven. That's too surreal, even for me.

Orlando was also blessed with one of the 12 Kwik-E-Marts in the nation. You can pick up Buzz Cola and boxes of Frosted Krusty O's at any 7-11 location - not just the 12 ones that are completely decked out.

Last night Jeremy and I got blue squishies. My mouth turned such a bright blue that even brushing my teeth and rinsing with mouthwash didn't work. So I resorted to brushing my tongue which caused me to throw up in the sink... blue goo. It was magical.
